CNAs: Ready to Leave Facility Work Behind?
Job Description
You became a CNA to care for people, not to feel like you’re constantly rushing from one resident to the next, working short-staffed, and struggling to give the kind of care you actually want to provide.
At RNS Private Duty Care, we do things differently.
Instead of caring for an entire floor, you can provide one-on-one care in a client’s home, allowing you to slow down, build meaningful relationships, and focus on the person in front of you. You’ll have the support of a local leadership team and a nurse case manager overseeing your clients, so you’re never left to figure things out alone.
If you’re a CNA who is tired of facility life and ready for a better way to use your skills, come see what private duty care can look like.
