Maintenance Technician & Property Management Support (Full-Time)Location: Edwardsville, KS (2 apartment communities)We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of two multi-family apartment communities in Edwardsville, KS. This is a hands-on role focused on property maintenance with limited operational support.Responsibilities:Perform routine and emergency maintenanceRespond to resident work orders promptly and professionallyPrepare vacant units for new residents (unit turns)HVAC service and maintenanceLight plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairPainting, drywall, carpentry, and flooring repairAssist with vendor coordination as neededConduct property walks and post resident noticesMaintain accurate records of work performedRequirements:Experience in residential or multi-family maintenance preferredSkills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and drywallStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksComfortable working outdoors in varying weatherBasic computer and data entry skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationPersonal hand tools requiredFunctional cell phone with active servicePreferred Qualifications:HVAC or trade certificationsConstruction or renovation experienceFamiliarity with Rent Manager or similar softwareCompensation & Benefits:Competitive pay based on experienceMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance (FT employees eligible after 90 days)Paid Holidays and earned PTO available
