Performance Objectives- Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure peak performance and minimize downtime.
- Implement and maintain a structured maintenance schedule to achieve a minimum 20% annual reduction in emergency calls.
- Collaborate with property management to identify and prioritize repair projects, improving facility inspection scores by at least 15% over baseline measurements.
- Leverage IoT and predictive analytics to diagnose equipment faults proactively and facilitate timely interventions, reducing unexpected equipment failures by 30%.
- Optimize inventory levels for maintenance parts and supplies to achieve a 10% cost reduction through efficient procurement and resource management.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, enhancing team capability and readiness to meet increased project demands by 25% year-over-year.

- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, supporting a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel across local properties as needed.
