We're looking for experienced industrial TIG welders to join a team that installs and maintains critical electrical infrastructure at power plants and industrial facilities across the country. What You'll Be Doing

• TIG weld aluminum, stainless steel, copper, and carbon steel
• Perform horizontal and vertical aluminum pipe welding
• Read blueprints, weld procedures, and technical drawings
• Install, inspect, and repair equipment in industrial and power generation facilities
• Learn specialized electrical bus duct installation through a paid apprenticeship
• Travel approximately 60% throughout the U.S.
• Work safely in power plants and other critical industrial environments

Compensation & Benefits

• $27.00/hour during paid training (non-union)
• $35.10/hour after successful completion of training and union affiliation
• Daily per diem while traveling

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of TIG welding experience
• Experience welding aluminum and/or stainless steel
• Industrial fabrication or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read blueprints and follow welding procedures
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Comfortable traveling and working at heights
• Valid Driver's License
• Real ID or Passport
• OSHA 10 Certification
