Speech Language Pathologist in Cypress, TX

Step into an engaging contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for the academic year through June 2027. This full-time, on-site position offers two openings, working within school environments committed to early childhood development. With a 35-hour workweek spread across 4 to 5 days, you’ll be pivotal in providing services to learners and collaborating closely with educators to enrich young students’ communication abilities.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist license (CCC required)
• Demonstrated experience in school-based SLP roles, particularly with elementary students
• Strong background or familiarity with early childhood and self-contained classrooms
• Expertise delivering direct speech-language interventions and assessments
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and progress reports
• Positive, collaborative approach when working with diverse student and staff populations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• No educator credential required

In this role, you will:

• Deliver speech-language therapy and evaluate students with a variety of communication needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide input on student progress
