Speech Language Pathologist in Richmond, TX

We are seeking experienced, onsite Speech-Language Pathologists with CCC credentials to support elementary and secondary students across multiple campuses for a full-time role (35 hours per week, 4-5 days/week) through June 5, 2027. Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (Texas)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Demonstrated success in school-based settings; experience with self-contained classrooms preferred
• Previous work with early childhood centers a major plus
• Flexibility to serve multiple campuses and adapt to varying student needs
• Clear, effective communication and strong collaboration skills

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary or secondary students
• Support students across two campus assignments (one elementary, one secondary)
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with state requirements
