Occupational Therapist School Setting - Dubach, LA

What We’re Looking For:

• Active and current Louisiana Occupational Therapy License
• Experience in a school setting preferred
• Willingness to supervise a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Strong collaboration skills to effectively work with staff and families
• Ability to travel between four local schools as needed
• Commitment to person-centered, evidence-based practice
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering direct OT services to students onsite
• Assessing, planning, and developing individualized treatment plans
• Coordinating with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
• Supervising a COTA and providing appropriate guidance
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation as required by the school
• Participating in meetings and contributing to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for every student
