This role focuses on serving the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) student population, providing essential audiology services across grade levels from Pre-K to 12th grade. Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Kansas state licensure to practice audiology.
• Possess a valid professional license from the Kansas Board of Hearing Aid Examiners or relevant state credentialing authority.
• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in audiology.
• Experience or strong interest in supporting DHH students.
• Ability to travel between school campuses as needed.
• Comfortable collaborating with educators, providing in-depth consultations, and conducting audiology assessments and reports.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct audiological evaluations and services to DHH students from Pre-K through 12th grade.
• Prioritize the growing DHH population, with an initial focus on 9 students in Pre-K (additional caseload to be shared during the interview process).
• Create and maintain accurate audiology reports, providing actionable feedback to educators and staff.
• Serve as a consultant, offering expertise and recommendations to enhance educational access.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individualized educational plans.
