Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in School Counseling
• Active School Counselor Certificate
• Preferred: At least three years of successful teaching experience

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive counseling program to address students’ academic, career, and personal/social development
• Foster a safe, supportive school climate where diversity and individual differences are respected
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create interventions that promote student success
• Provide individual and group counseling to address student needs and concerns
• Assist in crisis intervention, behavioral management, and support referrals for outside services when necessary
• Maintain confidential and accurate student records in accordance with school policies
• Participate actively in professional development and school committees to enhance your skills and contribute to school-wide initiatives
