Key Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license (or eligibility) in New York
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Prior experience in a school environment is a plus, though new graduates with strong clinical skills are welcome
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Passion for helping students maximize their academic and social potential

What You'll Do:
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and monitor student progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, offering insights and input on student needs
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans tailored to each student
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication and learning goals
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation per school and professional standards
• Serve as a resource for staff on speech and language development
