Support students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in a dynamic school environment near Huntley, IL. This contract opportunity allows you to collaborate with educators and families, making a significant impact on students’ communication and language skills.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or eligibility to obtain
  • Experience in school settings preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs using standardized assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support students’ progress
  • Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and contribute to the educational team
  • Document student progress and maintain timely records in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Provide both direct and consultative speech and language services to students across a range of ages and abilities
