Primary Care Nurse Practitioner | Days | Urgent Hiring

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in providing professional medical services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive primary care assessments and develop patient treatment plans
• Provide health promotion, disease prevention, and health education to patients
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice and in accordance with state laws
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
• Provide culturally competent care to diverse and underserved populations

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current, unrestricted License as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of California
• Board Certification from the California Board of Registered Nursing
• Active and unrestricted DEA license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of Primary Care clinical work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a community health center, FQHC, or underserved healthcare setting.
