School Speech Language Pathologist - Richmond, TX

What we’re looking for:

• Possession of an active Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC required)
• Previous school-based experience, ideally within early childhood or elementary settings
• Comfortable managing caseloads primarily at elementary campuses, with potential involvement in self-contained classrooms
• Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with school teams, families, and students
• Experience in an early childhood center is highly desirable
• Ability to commit to full-time, on-site work (35 hours per week, across 4–5 days)

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students
• Monitoring student progress and maintaining thorough documentation
• Consulting with teachers and staff to support classroom integration
• Engaging actively in multidisciplinary meetings and IEP development
