What we’re looking for:
- Possession of an active Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC required)
- Previous school-based experience, ideally within early childhood or elementary settings
- Comfortable managing caseloads primarily at elementary campuses, with potential involvement in self-contained classrooms
- Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with school teams, families, and students
- Experience in an early childhood center is highly desirable
- Ability to commit to full-time, on-site work (35 hours per week, across 4–5 days)
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining thorough documentation
- Consulting with teachers and staff to support classroom integration
- Engaging actively in multidisciplinary meetings and IEP development
- Providing guidance and support to caregivers and educators
