Key Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota SLP license required (please ensure license is current and included in your application, along with a resume)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience providing speech and language therapy in a school-based or early childhood setting, preferably with ECSE caseloads
• Knowledge of early childhood special education processes and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students aged 3–5 with individualized education plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to facilitate language and communication development
• Complete documentation, progress reports, and compliance paperwork in line with district and state guidelines
