Bring your expertise and passion for supporting young learners to a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving early childhood students. This onsite position, located near Greeley, CO, runs from August 13, 2026, through May 20, 2027 (dates subject to change) with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours. You'll make a difference for a manageable caseload of 50-55 students while providing hands-on guidance to a dedicated SLPA. The role favors a fully in-person presence, but a hybrid model may be considered for exceptional candidates able to provide SLPA supervision and maintain a minimum of three days onsite each week.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Colorado SLP license and Educator Certificate, with CCCs required
  • School-based SLP experience, especially with early childhood populations, strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor SLPAs effectively
  • Confidence in managing a caseload of 50-55 students across diverse developmental needs
  • Commitment to collaborative, student-centered service in an educational setting
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver thorough speech and language assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for early childhood students
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective IEPs
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship for a designated SLPA
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute positively to a supportive school environment
