Special Education Teacher - Maple Grove, Minnesota

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (Tier 3 or Tier 4 only required)
• Experience working with severe behavioral and developmental disabilities preferred
• Ability to manage and instruct in Setting 4 environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Flexibility and resilience in adapting to dynamic classroom situations

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group instruction tailored to students in Setting 4
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
