Social Worker in Moriarty, NM

You’ll be based in an engaging school environment and work with educators to address student needs informed by data and grade-level trends. Your expertise as a social worker will help foster a positive and supportive atmosphere while providing direct services to those who need it most.

What we’re looking for:

• Current LMSW licensure and eligibility for supervision toward LCSW
• Experience or strong interest in working within school communities
• Strong counseling background, with the ability to provide both individual and group sessions
• Demonstrated skills in crisis intervention and responsive support strategies
• Effective communicator, capable of collaborating with educators and staff
• Self-motivated and able to proactively identify and address student needs

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and group counseling to students based on identified needs
• Delivering targeted lessons or support sessions to small groups or grade levels
• Collaborating with teachers and school staff to monitor student progress and determine support opportunities
• Serving as a first responder for crisis intervention when necessary
• Using data-driven approaches to inform intervention planning and measure outcomes
