School-Based Physical Therapist - Mc Coll, SC

Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Physical Therapist to support students across multiple school sites in the Bennettsville area. This contract role is well-suited to professionals experienced in providing therapy to K-12 students and ready to make a positive impact in a dynamic educational environment. The position combines both onsite and virtual (VOCO) duties, providing a blend of hands-on and supervisory responsibilities.

What we’re seeking:

• Active and current Physical Therapy license for South Carolina
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric physical therapy setting
• Comfortable working with K-12 student populations
• Ability to supervise a licensed PTA for provision of VOCO therapy services
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills for supervision and paperwork
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to work both onsite and virtually as needed

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services in-person to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Oversee and guide PTA handling VOCO (virtual) therapy services, ensuring compliance and care standards
• Complete related paperwork, maintain accurate documentation, and provide consultative support to educators and families
• Develop individualized treatment plans and track student progress toward goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to student care planning
• Adapt interventions to accommodate students with a variety of needs and abilities

This contract offers full-time, consistent hours with 37.5 hours per week onsite, plus an additional 20 hours per week dedicated to virtual supervision and related paperwork.
