School Speech Language Pathologist - New London, NH

Exciting opportunities are available for school-based Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) looking to make an impact in a supportive educational setting in Claremont, New Hampshire. Two contract roles are now open—one full-time and one part-time—serving students within Claremont public schools for the 2026–2027 school year.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Active, valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure for the state of New Hampshire
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience with school-based speech and language evaluations and IEP processes
• Previous experience supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered services

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments as part of the educational IEP team
• Supervise up to 2.0 FTE SLPAs (part-time role), ensuring best practices and compliance
• Lead and document 30-day reviews for paraeducators involved in Medicaid-reimbursable services
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy as needed, adhering to approved hours
• Partner with school staff, families, and related service providers to best support student needs
• Maintain accurate, timely records in line with district and state requirements

Settings and Roles:

• Full-time SLP: On-site, standard school hours, for the full academic year
• Part-time SLP: Up to 20 hours per month, including SLPA supervision and supplemental services
