School Speech Language Pathologist - Katy, TX

Step into an impactful role supporting students’ development as a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in a dynamic school-based setting near Katy, TX. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity serving either elementary students (potentially across two campuses) or secondary students (splitting time between two campuses), working collaboratively with dedicated educational teams from now through June 5, 2027.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Texas State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
• Recent, school-based SLP experience (elementary and/or secondary)
• Comfort traveling between multiple school sites as needed
• Experience in self-contained classrooms as well as general education settings is valued
• Exposure to or experience within early childhood centers is a strong plus
• No educator credential required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy and assessment services to students per their individualized needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals, collaborating closely with teachers and other support staff
• Document services provided and maintain progress records according to school and state requirements
• Communicate regularly with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
• Adapt therapy approaches to a diverse caseload, often supporting students at more than one campus
