Working across K-12 settings for an entire school district, you’ll supervise a team of Behavioral Support Assistants while collaborating closely with educational leaders whose approaches may differ from those you’ve encountered before. Qualifications:

  • Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Licensed in Washington State as a BCBA, or open to becoming licensed
  • Willing to complete fingerprinting required through OSPI
  • Experience supporting K-12 students preferred
  • Strong leadership skills; experience supervising support staff a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a district-wide BCBA supporting K-12 students
  • Supervise Behavioral Support Assistants onsite
  • Travel to different schools within the district as needed (onsite only)
  • Collaborate with educators and families to implement effective behavioral interventions
