Primary Care Physician | Days | Urgent hiring

The Primary Care Physician role offers an opportunity to deliver comprehensive healthcare services during daytime hours, providing urgent hiring for a committed medical professional passionate about serving diverse and underserved communities. The ideal candidate will manage a full patient panel, collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to high-quality, team-based patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to a full-time patient panel of approximately 1,500 patients
• Deliver patient-centered, culturally competent care in a collaborative team environment
• Manage the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of acute and chronic medical conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation adhering to legal and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety practices
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships within a multidisciplinary team

Required Qualifications

• Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty
• Current, valid, unrestricted professional license to practice in the state of California
• Active and unrestricted DEA License
• Minimum 2 years of primary care clinical experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to manage a full patient panel of approximately 1,500 patients
• Strong written communication skills and English language proficiency
