What we're seeking:

  • Valid Texas State Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC required)
  • Previous experience in school settings is essential
  • Early childhood center experience is highly desirable
  • Strong adaptability, able to work across multiple sites and possibly with self-contained groups
  • Effective communicator and team collaborator, able to support both elementary and secondary student populations
  • No educator credential required

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, supporting diverse communication needs
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain detailed documentation
  • Travel between assigned campuses (elementary and/or secondary), ensuring service continuity
  • Communicate regularly with educational team members, families, and administrators
  • Participate actively in IEP and eligibility meetings
  • Adjust strategies for self-contained classroom students as needed
