Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) serving elementary students in the vibrant Houston community. This school-based role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on bilingual learners within a supportive and collaborative environment. Two full-time positions are available, focusing on elementary caseloads at on-site campuses.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hold current Speech-Language Pathologist state licensure (SLP-CCC required)
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to deliver comprehensive bilingual services
  • Previous experience in a school setting supporting diverse student populations
  • Comfortable working with elementary-age children, including those in self-contained classrooms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with staff and families
  • Passion for fostering language development and providing individualized therapy within an educational context

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services to elementary students
  • Develop tailored treatment plans and collaborate with teachers to support student progress
  • Document student outcomes and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and communicate progress to educational teams and caregivers
  • Adapt services to support both general education and special education settings as needed

Position Details & Perks:

  • Full-time contract from ASAP through June 5, 2027
  • 35 hours weekly, spread over 4-5 days per week
  • On-site only — telepractice/remote options are not available
