Situated near Norwich, VT, you’ll collaborate with educators and families to provide comprehensive therapy services that make a real difference in students’ lives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working with school-aged children, ideally in a school-based setting
  • Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to students with diverse needs, as outlined in IEPs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret evaluation results
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and intervention strategies
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and report findings to staff and families
  • Attend IEP meetings and participate in multidisciplinary team sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximize student success
  • Provide consultation and training support to school staff as needed
