Job Description

Situated near Norwich, VT, you’ll collaborate with educators and families to provide comprehensive therapy services that make a real difference in students’ lives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with school-aged children, ideally in a school-based setting
- Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students with diverse needs, as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret evaluation results
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and intervention strategies
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and report findings to staff and families
- Attend IEP meetings and participate in multidisciplinary team sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximize student success
- Provide consultation and training support to school staff as needed
