What You’ll Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Current, active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
  • Compassion, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to enhancing student outcomes

Your Role Will Include:

  • Providing direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students based on Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
  • Conducting assessments, developing therapy plans, and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Participating as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team in IEP meetings and student evaluations
  • Delivering engaging therapy sessions to address articulation, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Educating and supporting teachers, staff, and families on speech and language development
  • Monitoring and reporting student progress, making data-driven recommendations for continued support
