School LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) | Derry, New Hampshire

We are seeking two dedicated LPNs for contract roles beginning in August 2026 and extending through June 2027. Located near the Derry, NH area, this opportunity places you in a dynamic school environment, providing essential care to students ranging from kindergarten through high school.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable working full time (35-37.5 hours per week) and will demonstrate adaptability across diverse educational settings and age groups. As a valued member of the school health team, you’ll collaborate with staff and families to ensure each child’s well-being and success throughout their school day.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active LPN/LVN license in New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Previous experience in a pediatric, school, or community health setting preferred
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff
• Ability to remain calm and organized in fast-paced situations
• Proficiency in basic documentation and recordkeeping

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide routine and emergency health care to K-12 students
• Administer medications and manage minor injuries or illnesses
• Monitor chronic health conditions according to students’ health plans
• Support health education initiatives and infection control efforts within the school
• Maintain accurate health documentation and confidentiality
