Bring your expertise as a social worker to ensure students’ emotional, social, and behavioral needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active state licensure as a school social worker
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing individual and group interventions
  • Strong skills in crisis intervention, behavioral assessment, and collaboration
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling to support emotional and social development
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to identify students’ needs and appropriate supports
  • Participate in intervention planning and implementation for students requiring additional assistance
  • Maintain timely and accurate case documentation, including required reports and records
  • Collaborate in the creation and delivery of professional development for staff on related topics
  • Support positive school culture and foster inclusivity among students

This full-time contract offers 37.5 hours per week spent directly supporting students in an elementary setting. Your skills and compassion will ease transitions and promote well-being throughout this crucial period.
