Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Michigan City, IN

Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license in Indiana and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience providing speech-language services in a school setting preferred
• Ability to manage a large, diverse caseload (elementary and intermediate/middle grades)
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy and diagnostics to K–8 students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ educational goals
• Complete all necessary documentation and progress reports aligned with school requirements
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
