What we’re looking for:

• Active Colorado Department of Education certificate for Occupational Therapy (ages birth through 21)
• Experience in school-based OT is preferred
• Versatility to provide care for students ranging in age within K–12
• Strong collaborative and communication skills to work effectively with educators, families, and other support staff
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between assigned sites as needed
• Committed to confidentiality, professionalism, and student-centered practices
• Willingness to complete a background check following offer acceptance

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services for students, accommodating a variety of needs and developmental levels
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized intervention plans based on students’ IEPs and collaborative goals
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and communicate student progress effectively
• Support teachers and staff with strategies to promote accessibility and participation in educational activities
