Exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a significant difference in the lives of K-12 students for the 2026-2027 academic year. With a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, you’ll serve a diverse caseload across an entire school district, providing on-site expertise and supporting a collaborative educational environment.

As a key member of the district’s behavioral support team, you will provide guidance, lead interventions, and offer direct and consultative support to students and staff. This is an onsite position—virtual services are not available—so you’ll have the opportunity to engage closely with the school community and make a tangible impact each day.

Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Washington (WA) BCBA license, or willingness to obtain prior to start
  • Ability to be fingerprinted through OSPI, or willingness to complete this process
  • Experience working with K-12 students preferred
  • Skill in supervising and mentoring Behavioral Support Assistants (BSA’s) is highly valued
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing behavioral assessments and intervention planning
  • Supervise BSA’s and other support staff district-wide
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student needs
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive school climate
  • Ensure data-driven decision making and documentation in all behavioral programs
