School Occupational Therapist | Lebanon, New Hampshire

An exciting opportunity awaits for experienced Occupational Therapists who are passionate about mentoring colleagues and supporting student services in a dynamic, school-based environment. Two licensed OTs are needed to provide clinical supervision to COTAs for the upcoming academic year. This contract position offers flexibility, meaningful collaboration, and the chance to positively impact students’ academic journeys.

As part of this on-site role, you'll supervise COTAs serving local schools, ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with district and state guidelines. Each OT will oversee up to two COTAs, dedicating approximately 7 hours per month per supervisee.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in New Hampshire
• Demonstrated competency and experience in supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Previous work in school settings providing OT services
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site supervision within district schools, supporting no more than two COTAs per therapist
• Complete necessary documentation and supervision logs per district and licensure requirements
• Engage in regular collaboration with school staff and COTAs to facilitate effective therapy provision
• Maintain compliance with administrative and clinical guidelines
• Travel to Claremont will be reimbursed at the current IRS mileage rate
