Teacher's Aide - Pawtucket, Rhode Island

Multiple positions are available:

• High School: 8:00 am - 2:15 pm, Monday through Friday
• Middle School: 7:05 am - 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday
• Elementary: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm or 9:15 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday
• Kindergarten: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday

All assignments begin August 31, 2026 and conclude June 10, 2027, offering a consistent, 32-hour per week schedule.

Qualifications:

• Rhode Island Teacher Assistant (RI TA) Certification OR Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with experience in school settings
• Strong commitment to supporting students and teachers in a classroom environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in an educational or child-centered role highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with classroom management, instruction, and activities
• Provide direct support to students individually or in small groups as needed
• Help implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and student care plans
• Facilitate a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for all learners
• Supervise students during transitions and scheduled breaks
