Step into a dynamic, full-time contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC). This onsite role is based near Richmond, TX, and runs through June 2027, offering you the chance to make a tangible difference in a diverse educational setting.

This role focuses on elementary campuses, with caseloads requiring both English and Spanish language skills. Experience working in a school environment is essential, and familiarity with self-contained classrooms will be valuable.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active State of Texas SLP license (no clinical fellows or assistants, CCCs only)
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Prior experience working in schools as an SLP
  • Experience or comfort with self-contained classroom settings preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to elementary students, addressing a variety of communication disorders
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Document progress, maintain appropriate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student growth and success
  • Deliver services in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
  • Foster an inclusive, positive, and supportive learning environment
