Store Team Member

As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth store operations by assisting customers, managing inventory, and supporting daily store functions alongside a small team of five or fewer. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will contribute to a positive shopping experience through excellent customer service and teamwork during flexible shifts that include weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and product selection
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Stock and replenish inventory on shelves
• Maintain attractive and organized product displays
• Provide responsive and friendly customer service
• Collaborate effectively within a small store team
• Perform order picking and prepare items for shipment or sale

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service and cash handling
• Knowledge of inventory management practices
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Effective time management abilities
• Knowledge of Sports and/or Pokemon Cards
