FRONT OF HOUSE – SERVERS, BARTENDERS & HOSTS

Landlubbers Sports Bar & Grill – Plantation, FL

Landlubbers Sports Bar & Grill is looking for friendly, dependable, energetic people to join our Front of House team!

We are currently hiring:

• Servers
• Bartenders
• Hosts / Phone Cashiers

We are a busy, established neighborhood sports bar and restaurant looking for team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and know how to take great care of guests.

SERVERS

We are looking for experienced servers who are outgoing, organized, and comfortable handling a busy section.

What we're looking for:

• Previous serving experience preferred
• Bartending experience is a plus
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, holidays, and sporting events
• Reliable and punctual
• Team-oriented attitude
• Ability to remain on your feet for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

BARTENDERS

We are looking for experienced bartenders who can provide great service while keeping up with a busy sports-bar environment.

What we're looking for:

• Previous bartending experience required
• Knowledge of beer, liquor, cocktails, and basic bar service
• Comfortable handling a high-volume bar
• Able to serve both bar guests and service-bar tickets efficiently
• Strong cash-handling and organizational skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Reliable and able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and major sporting events

HOSTS / PHONE CASHIERS

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the restaurant industry or eventually move into a serving position.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Answering phones
• Taking and organizing takeout orders
• Assisting guests with questions
• Helping manage the flow of the dining room
• Working closely with servers and management
• Keeping the host and entrance areas clean and organized

Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required for the right person. We are willing to train someone with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

SCHEDULE

Full-time and part-time positions may be available.

Weekend, evening, holiday, and major sporting-event availability is especially important.
