Lead Teacher/Assistant Director
Job Description
Lead Teacher/Assistant Director – Kiddie Academy of Atlee, VA
Serves in a dual role as Lead Teacher and Assistant Director, based on the center’s operational needs. Performs all duties assigned to a Lead Teacher while also assisting and supporting the Director in the overall management of the academy, including marketing, customer relations, and the safe and effective operation of the facility.
Why this role is different
This is a great opportunity for an early childhood educator who is ready to grow into a leadership role while continuing to fulfill their passion for teaching. At Kiddie Academy of Atlee, this is a dual Lead Teacher / Assistant Director role. As enrollment builds and the academy reaches established enrollment thresholds, the role will primarily support classrooms, with the balance of the time supporting operational/administrative responsibilities.
As a Lead Teacher / Assistant Director, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact in the classroom while also working alongside the Academy Director to develop your leadership skills and support the daily operations of the Academy and contribute to the overall success and culture of Kiddie Academy of Atlee.
