Position Title: Dish Machine Operator
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Hourly)

Position Summary

The operator maintains the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all kitchenware, tableware, and food preparation areas. This role is foundational to kitchen efficiency, food safety compliance, and providing a positive guest experience.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6 hours or more).
• Lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds (e.g., trash bags, chemical buckets, heavy dish racks).
• Bend, stoop, reach, and twist repeatedly throughout a shift.
• Work in hot, humid, and wet environments common to a busy commercial kitchen.
