Reach Forklift Operator – Newnan, GA

PrideStaff is currently seeking an experienced and safety-focused Reach Forklift Operator on behalf of a premier technology distribution company located in Newnan, GA. Pay: Starting at $17.50/hour

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a reach forklift/reach truck to move, store, and retrieve inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, stack, and stage products in designated warehouse locations.
• Accurately place and retrieve inventory from warehouse racking.
• Assist with receiving, replenishment, order fulfillment, and inventory movement as needed.
• Verify product quantities and locations to help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform routine equipment and safety checks before operating the forklift.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Previous reach forklift/reach truck experience required; warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Equipment Skills: Must be comfortable maneuvering a reach truck in warehouse aisles and safely placing and retrieving inventory from racking.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35–50 lbs. throughout the shift as needed.
• Safety: Strong commitment to safe equipment operation and warehouse procedures.
• Skills: Dependable attendance, attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Pre-Employment: Must be willing to complete a standard background check, drug screen, and E-Verify process.
