Apprentice & Journeyman Plumbers

We are currently seeking dependable Apprentice and Journeyman Plumbers for commercial and residential projects in the Brownsville area. Candidates must have hands-on plumbing experience, follow safety procedures, and work effectively as part of a construction team.

• Assist journeyman plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems.
• Install and assemble water, sewer, drain, and vent piping.
• Measure, cut, thread, and connect pipes using hand and power tools.
• Assist with installing plumbing fixtures, valves, and related equipment.
• Read basic construction drawings and follow verbal instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all OSHA and jobsite safety requirements.

• Previous plumbing or construction experience preferred.
• Current Texas Apprentice Plumber registration preferred or required, depending on the project.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and materials.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in different weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential plumbing systems.
• Install water supply, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, gas, and vent piping.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing layouts.
• Install and connect fixtures, valves, water heaters, and related equipment.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper operation.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and complete repairs.
• Direct and train apprentice plumbers when needed.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes and safety standards.

• Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber License.
• Commercial and residential plumbing experience.
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes, materials, and installation methods.
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently.
• Must have the necessary hand tools for the trade.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to pass project-specific background checks, drug screenings, or other employment requirements.

Schedule: Full-time; overtime may be available

Pay: Based on experience, licensing, and qualifications
