Occupational Therapist

As an Occupational Therapist on a medium-sized team of 6-15 therapists, you will play a vital role in supporting pediatric and mixed patient populations through targeted therapeutic interventions. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide education and support to patients and their families. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams ensures comprehensive care and positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate functional abilities and needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment and progress
• Provide support and guidance to families throughout therapy process

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in occupational therapy
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Occupational Therapy License
• Strong skills in patient assessment and therapeutic techniques
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and time management capabilities
• Proficient documentation and team collaboration skills
