Schedule: Part-time and flexible as we ramp up- may
be 10 hours a week at the beginning and eventually work up to 30 hours a week
Pay: Competitive and based on experience

Three Lakes MD Weight Loss & Wellness is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and energetic Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant to join our start up practice.
We are a new medical weight-loss and wellness clinic focused on personalized
care, real results, and restored vitality. The ideal candidate will be
comfortable working in a startup environment and committed to creating a
welcoming, supportive experience for every patient.

Responsibilities

· Perform blood draws and properly prepare specimens for laboratory
processing

· Obtain and document vital signs, weight, and other patient
measurements

· Prepare examination and treatment rooms

· Assist medical providers during patient visits and procedures

· Administer injections when permitted by training, certification, and
clinic protocols

· Review and update patient information and medical histories

· Maintain accurate electronic medical records

· Schedule appointments and assist with patient communication

· Follow infection-control, HIPAA, and patient-safety standards

· Maintain medical supplies and help keep the clinic organized

· Provide friendly, professional support throughout each patient’s visit

Qualifications

· Phlebotomy training and demonstrated blood-draw experience required

· Experience in a medical office, wellness clinic, or weight-loss
practice is a plus

· Strong communication, organizational, and customer-service skills

· Dependable, professional, and attentive to detail

· Comfortable assisting with both clinical and administrative
responsibilities

· Positive attitude and willingness to grow with new practice
