Event Assistant
Job Description
We’re looking for an Event Assistant to join our team and help create memorable experiences for clients and guests. This is an entry-level position, and no previous event experience is required. We’re willing to train the right person!
You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting events from setup through breakdown while working alongside an experienced team.
What You’ll Do- Help with event setup, including tables, chairs, decorations, signage, and supplies
- Assist with event check-in and greeting guests
- Help keep events organized and running smoothly
- Communicate with guests, team members, vendors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with event activities and last-minute requests
- Help monitor supplies and keep event areas clean and organized
- Support the team during event setup, the event itself, and breakdown
- Represent our company with a positive and professional attitude
You do not need previous event experience to apply. We’re looking for someone who is:

Experience in events, hospitality, retail, customer service, restaurants, schools, sales, or volunteering is helpful but not required.
