Class A CDL Driver Pay Rate and Hours:
- Pay: $25/hr
- Days: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 1st shift 7:00am-4:30pm
Class A CDL Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Class A CDL Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating tractor trailers and 26-foot bobtail trucks to transport and deliver materials safely and efficiently. This role requires experience with load securement, forklift operation, and maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations.
Class A CDL Driver Primary Responsibilities:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Class A CDL Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating tractor trailers and 26-foot bobtail trucks to transport and deliver materials safely and efficiently. This role requires experience with load securement, forklift operation, and maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations.
Class A CDL Driver Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles, including tractor trailers and 26-foot bobtail trucks.
- Transport and deliver materials to customer locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Load, unload, and move materials using a forklift as needed.
- Properly secure cargo using straps and other load securement equipment.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and required paperwork.
- Adhere to DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and team members.
- Assist with warehouse and material handling duties when necessary.
Class A CDL Driver Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions.
- No restrictions on Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Experience operating tractor trailers and bobtail trucks.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Knowledge of proper load securement techniques.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and customer service.
- Ability to lift, move, and secure freight as required.
This is a temp to hire position.
