Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new insurance clients within the New Jersey market.
Analyze potential clients' risk profiles and tailor comprehensive insurance solutions to meet their specific needs.
Maintain an active pipeline of prospective leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement in Jersey City.
Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and clarity when they need support the most.
Collaborate with the broader Atlantic District team to refine sales messaging and improve our overall client experience.
Keep meticulous records of client interactions and policy adjustments to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Requirements
Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License for the state of New Jersey.
Three or more years of direct sales experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
Deep understanding of policy coverage, risk assessment, and underwriting guidelines.
Strong command of CRM systems and digital document management platforms.
Bachelors degree in business, communications, or a related field is helpful but not mandatory.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding established sales targets.
