Truck Body Finishing Technician -- Manufacturing Paint

Role focus

• Execute production painting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Prep and bodywork to ensure optimal adhesion and appearance
• Accurate paint mixing aligned to manufacturer guidelines
• Application using gravity-feed guns, pressure-fed systems, and bedliner processes
• Wet sanding and buffing to a consistent, automotive-grade finish
• Maintain a clean, orderly workspace and equipment
• Operate comfortably in high-heat conditions
• Deliver meticulous, quality-driven results

Core qualifications

• Fluency with single-stage urethane and other paint types
• Must wear OSHA standard respirator mask while painting.
• Must comply with OSHA standards for facial hair requirements.
• Proficiency in Collision Repair & Structural Analysis
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

Schedule and compensation

• 2nd Shift 2:15pm - 10:45pm
• 3rd Shift 10:30pm - 7:00 am
• Pay based on experience.
