Responsibilities

Develop personalized insurance solutions that address the specific risks faced by our diverse clientele.

Engage with prospective clients through consultations to understand their financial and protection goals.

Monitor industry trends to provide current and relevant advice to long-term policyholders.

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within our internal database.

Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure client applications are processed smoothly.

Participate in local community outreach to foster meaningful connections within the Richmond area.


Requirements

Active Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license.

Three years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-stakes client advisory.

Strong command of agency management software and digital documentation.

Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.

Demonstrated history of building and maintaining a client base.

Working knowledge of commercial and personal lines of coverage.
