RN Supervisor
Location: Ditmas Park, Brooklyn, NY
Compensation: $52–$58 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Day, Evening, and Night Shifts Available
Ditmas Park Nursing & Rehab is seeking experienced and dependable RN Supervisors to join our nursing leadership team.
The RN Supervisor will oversee the nursing staff during the assigned shift, ensure residents receive high-quality care, and support the smooth operation of the nursing department.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Oversee resident care and ensure compliance with facility policies
Respond to clinical concerns and changes in residents’ conditions
Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
Ensure accurate documentation and proper medication administration
Communicate with physicians, families, and facility leadership
Provide guidance and leadership during emergencies
Requirements:
Active New York State RN license
Previous nursing-home or long-term-care experience required
Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Weekend shifts are available from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and 8:00 PM–8:00 AM.
