What You’ll Do

As our Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our coffee shop. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Managing daily operations with efficiency and confidence.
• Handling inventory, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
• Assisting with the preparation and service of high-quality coffee and food products.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Upholding punctuality and reliability to set the standard for the team.
• What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a candidate who embodies professionalism, reliability, and a passion for leadership. The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, email, and general computer knowledge.
• The ability to lead with confidence and maintain a positive team environment.
• A commitment to punctuality and dependability.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• A drug-free lifestyle.
• Physical capability to lift 35 lbs easily and climb a step stool.

Your Schedule

This position requires 4-5 shifts per week, totaling 32-40 hours weekly. Flexibility and consistency are key to thriving in this role.
