Infant Teacher

What You’ll Do:

• Provide attentive, compassionate care to infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months.
  
  
• Create a calm, engaging environment that supports sensory exploration and early development.
  
  
• Follow individualized feeding, diapering, and nap schedules.
  
  
• Communicate daily with families about routines, milestones, and progress.
  
  
• Implement The Learning Experience® L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, fostering cognitive and emotional growth through play and interaction.
  
  
• Work collaboratively with teammates and leadership to maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom.
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• A love for babies and a passion for early childhood education.
  
  
• Previous experience in an infant classroom or childcare setting preferred.
  
  
• Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills.
  
  
• Must meet Virginia state licensing requirements for Infant Teachers, including required training and background checks.
